Every plan includes chat, tasks, docs, huddles, machines and hosted apps. Grow adds more capacity and controls. AI usage is paid for with credits shared by your workspace.
Choose from models by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and other providers. You can set each machine's model, instructions and tools. Built-in features such as summaries use models selected by WeMachines.
No. Customer content is not used to train models. Models marked ZDR also use zero data retention: their providers do not store the content you send.
Yes. Upload an export from your current tool, or paste the content. We accept CSV, Excel, JSON and Markdown. Titles and descriptions are preserved. You review the tasks and pages before importing them.
Slack is available on Grow. An admin connects it in Plugins → Slack and chooses what it can read. Access starts with nothing enabled. Invite @WeMachines to a channel to create tasks or ask about your work. Microsoft Teams is not supported.
Every workspace starts with its first month free on Start-up. No credit card needed. Each teammate who joins during it adds 1,000 AI credits, up to a team of five. Start-up is $30 and Grow is $60 per person per month, billed monthly, with 1,000 and 2,000 AI credits per person included every month. Contact us for Enterprise pricing. Each of your first three workspaces also starts with 1,000 AI credits, and you can buy extra credits that never expire.
