Paste your data in or drop a file, and the AI rebuilds your tasks, docs, discussions, statuses and labels here. Nothing is written until you confirm.
One field. Zip, CSV, JSON, Markdown, or text straight out of your clipboard. Notion zips don’t even need unzipping.
The AI lists every task, doc, discussion, status and label it will create - before anything exists.
Only then is anything written. One click and your workspace is seeded - same names, same structure, ready to work in.
You are never asked which tool you left - the AI works that out from the data itself. The ones below also get the exact export clicks, in the app.
CSV export - issues, projects, labels, workflow states
Markdown & CSV .zip - pages, docs and databases
JSON export - cards, lists and labels
CSV or JSON - tasks, sections and projects
CSV export - issues, statuses and epics
CSV export - tasks, lists and statuses
Board export - items, groups and columns
A plain sheet of work items is enough
Paste it in - no fixed format required
You see the plan first. The review step lists everything the import will create. If the mapping is wrong, nothing has happened yet.
It’s additive. Importing seeds new items into your workspace - it never deletes or overwrites what’s already there.
Your data stays yours. It is read for the plan and the import - it doesn’t become training data. Same AI providers and commitments as the rest of the product.
You can leave the same way. Settings → Danger Zone downloads the whole workspace as a .zip - complete records plus readable markdown, on every plan. Importing here isn’t a one-way door.
Create your workspace, then open Migrate from the workspace menu - or go straight to app.wemachines.com/<your-team>/migrate. A first import typically takes a few minutes, most of it reviewing the plan.
