Founder’s Associate
WeMachines is the workspace for software teams and their AI - chat, tasks, docs and huddles on your GitHub repo, with an AI teammate whose work ends in a pull request. The company is growing faster than one founder can keep up with. You’d work directly with the CEO and take whole problems off their plate - not tasks, problems - and see every part of how a company gets built.
On a B2B contract. Equity package included.
What you’d actually do
- Run projects the CEO doesn’t have time for, from start to finish.
- Help hire this whole team: find people, run the process, get them started well.
- Prepare for investor and customer meetings, and follow up after them.
- Set up how the company runs - tools, processes, the calendar, the weekly numbers.
- Jump in wherever the week needs you: sales, support, an event, a launch.
- Keep track of what was decided and make sure it happens.
