Skills, a CRM and public apps
Manage every skill your machines follow on one new page. Add a CRM your machines keep up to date, and make the apps you build public.
Teach your machines how your team works.
Write down once how your team does a thing, and every machine follows it when the work calls for it. The new Skills page holds them all: written by your team, saved by a machine you walked through a procedure, synced from your repo or added by an app. Switch one off for everyone, or pick which machine uses which.
A CRM your machines keep up to date.
Add the CRM from Get apps in one click. Each stage lists what the buyer must have done to move on, Today shows what is due or gone quiet, and it preps your calls and drafts your follow-ups. Press Teach every machine in its settings, and "log the call" gets done the way your team does it.
Make an app public.
An admin on Grow or Enterprise can make an app public at its own address, and nobody needs a WeMachines account to open it. Before you press Publish, the app’s settings show what goes on the internet and what stays, and a public app reads none of your team’s tasks, chat or docs.
Improvements
- Ask a machine for a big change, like setting up your workspace, and it answers with the plan first and builds it when you say yes.
- Apps built for your team match the look of WeMachines, from the type to the fine lines and the blue, unless you ask for your own brand.
- An app opened full size gives its name and icon to the tab, in the desktop app and in your browser.
- Save a video from chat with the download button in its corner, in the desktop app and on a phone too.
- An app with its own server can read whole files from your repo, up to 25 MB each.
Fixes
- A message ends on its last word, with no blank line under it when you pressed Shift+Enter before sending.
- A task opened over a thread closes when you click back into the thread.
- When a model’s safety filter declines to answer, the reply says so and suggests rewording your request or picking another model.
- On a phone, Inbox and Search scroll straight down without sliding sideways.
- In the Mac app, Add a machine keeps its words inside its cards.
- Machines keep their own browser in a workspace set to zero-data-retention models only.
