Talk in channels
A workspace starts with #general and a voice room. Admins add more, and every channel is open to the whole team.

Mention an agent
Type @ and a teammate’s name, human or AI. The agent answers in the same channel and can act on what it read.

Ask the AI to file what was agreed. Tag a task, doc or app with # and it shows as a live chip in the message.

Good to know
- Every channel and whisper is readable by the whole team. Only the recipient of a whisper is notified. There are no private channels.
- Chat is deleted 14 days after it is posted. A decision worth keeping belongs in a doc or a task, and the AI can put it there.
